Méribel 3 Valleys

Méribel Bike Park is a large mountain biking destination in the French Alps, located in the heart of the 3 Vallées. The bike park offers nearly 200 km of marked mountain bike routes, covering downhill, enduro, e-MTB and cross-country riding. The terrain ranges from beginner-friendly green trails to demanding double-black downhill terrain for expert riders.

Downhill

The Méribel Bike Park features 11 dedicated downhill trails covering more than 35 km of descent. The network includes:

• 1 green trail for beginners

• 3 blue trails

• 4 red trails

• 2 black trails

• 1 double-black expert trail

The downhill trails include purpose-built sections with jumps, berms, technical features and fast descents. The green Bike Slope provides an accessible introduction to downhill riding, while the red, black and double-black trails offer more demanding terrain for experienced riders.

Enduro

Méribel also has 9 enduro routes covering around 101 km. The network includes 2 blue, 3 red and 4 black routes. Enduro trails combine technical descents with sections where riders need to pedal between different parts of the mountain.

Many of the enduro routes use natural mountain terrain and forest trails, providing a different experience from the purpose-built downhill tracks.

E-MTB and Cross-Country

For riders looking for longer and less technical rides, Méribel offers 6 dedicated e-MTB routes covering approximately 59 km, ranging from green to blue difficulty.

The resort also has 2 dedicated cross-country routes, providing additional opportunities to explore the forests, mountain pastures and natural landscapes around Méribel.

Lift Access

The summer lift network provides access to the mountain bike terrain and allows riders to reach higher elevations without completing the climbs by bike. The lifts operate 7 days a week during the summer season, making lift-assisted downhill and enduro riding a central part of the Méribel experience.

Méribel is also connected with the wider 3 Vallées MTB network, which offers more than 300 km of mountain bike trails across the area.

Bike Services

Méribel provides several services for mountain bikers, including bike rental, bike patrols and three bike wash stations. The bike washes are located in Méribel Les Allues, Méribel La Chaudanne and Méribel-Mottaret.
