About Bike Beats – Movimënt Alta Badia
Located in the heart of the Dolomites in South Tyrol, Bike Beats – Movimënt Alta Badia is a lift-accessed mountain bike destination spread across the slopes around San Cassiano, La Villa and Corvara. The park combines fast, flowing trails with spectacular Dolomite scenery, making it a destination for both riders looking to improve their downhill skills and more experienced bikers searching for technical features and airtime.
The Bike Beats network currently features five purpose-built flow trails: Ödli, Avëna, Cör, Fle and Mans. The trails are built from packed earth and sand and feature a mix of berms, bumps, jumps, northshore sections and technical turns. Difficulty ranges from easy green terrain to medium blue trails and the more demanding red Cör Trail.
The main riding area starts around Piz Sorega above San Cassiano, with additional trails at La Fraina and Pralongià. Lift access is provided by the Piz Sorega, La Fraina and Pralongià systems, allowing riders to repeat the descents without having to climb the entire mountain. The Bike Beats network is also accessible from the surrounding Movimënt lift system in Alta Badia.
One of the highlights is the Cör Trail, a red, medium-difficult descent through the forest featuring jumps, waves, berms and wallrides. The Avëna Trail is a blue continuation of the Ödli and Cör routes and includes technical bends, a raised wooden feature and the Lavarella Wallride. For less experienced riders, the green Ödli Trail provides a smoother introduction to flow-style mountain biking, while the Fle Trail at Pralongià combines flowing turns, jumps and northshore features with views towards the Marmolada and Sella groups.
