About Paganella

Located in Trentino in northern Italy, Bikepark Dolomiti Paganella is widely regarded as one of the most complete mountain biking destinations in the Alps. Set against the dramatic backdrop of the Brenta Dolomites and overlooking the crystal-clear waters of Lake Molveno, the park combines world-class trail building, extensive lift infrastructure, and stunning mountain scenery. The area has grown into one of Europe's leading mountain bike destinations and attracts riders ranging from complete beginners to experienced gravity enthusiasts. The bike area consists of three distinct zones: Andalo, Molveno, and Fai della Paganella. Each zone offers a different riding style while remaining connected through lifts and shared trail networks. Together, they create a mountain biking playground featuring approximately 400 kilometers of routes, including dedicated gravity trails, enduro routes, e-bike tours, and family-friendly adventures. Riders can access the network through multiple gondolas and chairlifts, creating efficient uphill transport and maximizing downhill riding opportunities. One of the park's greatest strengths is its trail diversity. The Andalo zone is known for its flowing machine-built trails packed with berms, jumps, and rollers. Fai della Paganella offers more technical terrain featuring roots, rocks, and demanding descents that appeal to experienced riders. Molveno provides a balance between scenic flow trails and natural mountain riding, with spectacular views overlooking the lake below. This variety allows riders to experience different trail styles without leaving the bike area. Trail quality is a major reason for the park's international reputation. Professional trail builders continuously maintain and improve the network, ensuring smooth flow, excellent drainage, and enjoyable riding conditions throughout the season. Signature trails such as Blade Runner, Big Hero, Willy Wonka, and Zanna Bianca have become favorites among visiting riders. The destination is also known for progression-friendly design, allowing beginners to safely develop skills while providing advanced riders with plenty of challenges. Infrastructure is another standout feature. The area includes multiple lift systems, bike schools, rental centers, repair facilities, bike-friendly hotels, pump tracks, and skills zones. The bike season is among the longest in the Alps, extending from spring through late autumn, making Paganella a popular destination for riders looking to maximize time on the trails. Beyond the riding itself, visitors are treated to breathtaking scenery. Towering Dolomite peaks, dense forests, alpine meadows, and the turquoise waters of Lake Molveno create one of the most picturesque settings in European mountain biking. The combination of world-class trails, excellent infrastructure, long riding seasons, and unforgettable landscapes has firmly established Bikepark Dolomiti Paganella as one of the premier mountain biking destinations in Europe.
